At Instinctive Staging & Design LLC, our goal is to work with our clients to help sell their homes for the most amount of money, with the least amount of investment, in the shortest amount of time. Instinctive Staging & Design is a premier staging company located in Seattle, Wa. and servicing the Puget Sound Area. I have been extensively trained by the Home Staging Resource (HSR) and a member in good standing with American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners (A.S.H.S.R.). HSR Certified Home Stagers receive training that is 5 times longer than the average training available.

8 years ago, before I even knew what staging was, I was asked to help a friend 'spruce up' his home to help it sell faster and for the asking price. I have always helped many friends decorate, redesign and declutter their homes for their own enjoyment. This innate talent and pure pleasure for design has blossomed into Instinctive Staging & Design.
