This Sunday, we have two homes that will be open for public preview in San Marino. Both will hold open houses starting at 1 pm.
My understanding is that the new listing on Twin Palms will be open as well. Although, it was not officially listed in the Multiple Listing Service.

Every Thursday morning, real estate agents have an opportunity to view homes in San Marino, before the general public.
Today, I brought my handy dandy Kodak V705 to snap a few pics and decided to capture initial impressions.
First stop - 1842 Twin Plams Drive
2nd stop - 2065 Courtland Avenue
3rd stop - 1332 Wilbury Road

Boys Basketball lost to Temple City and South Pasadena. Their overall record is 8-17 and their league record is 1-7.
Girls basketball defeated Temple City but lost to South Pasadena. Their overall record is 12-12 and their league is 3-5 and they are now eligible for a CIF playoff birth.
Boys Soccer defeated South Pasadena, but lost to Temple City. Their overall record is 6-12-1 and their league is 2-5-1.
The girls soccer team defeated Temple City, but lost to South Pasadena. Their overall record is 10-4-2, their league is 5-2-1 and looks like they will be qualifying for the playoffs.
Wrestling team lost to Monrovia. Their overall league record is 0-5.
Girls water polo defeated South Pasadena, but lost to Temple City. Their overall record is 11-14, the league record is 3-4 and appears to have clinched third place for a CIF playoff birth.
JV Tennis tryouts continue on Wed and Thurs, Feb 6th and 7th, from 2-4 PM at the tennis courts for all freshmen and students new to the program. If you are in a winter sport, you may tryout starting Monday, Feb 11th, from 2-4 PM .
