Every Thursday morning, real estate agents have an opportunity to view homes in San Marino, before the general public.

Today, I brought my handy dandy Kodak V705 to snap a few pics and decided to capture initial impressions.

First stop - 1842 Twin Plams Drive

• 
• Great location, beautiful street
• Minutes from Huntington Middle School
• 2 story colonial - 3 bedrooms plus den and 3 baths.
• Sunny and bright
• Beautiful kitchen; great outdoor bbq; nice flow
• All bedrooms are upstairs except for the den on the first floor; could be challenging for older couples.
• Overall, a nice family home - offered at $1,795,000

2nd stop - 2065 Courtland Avenue

• Nice location, good sized lot and a beautiful pool
• Gorgeous front door
• Newer mediterranean construction
• Floor plan felt choppy; needs paint and doesn't feel cared for
• Priced, at over $4 million - unfortunately, didn't feel like an estate and in my opinion, priced a bit high!

3rd stop - 1332 Wilbury Road

• Lovely street north of Huntington, a few blocks from the San Marino High School
• Nice kitchen, beautiful living room, updated bathrooms
• home feels added on to... it just goes on and on - in one direction.
• Oferred at $1,628,000

Boys Basketball lost to Temple City and South Pasadena. Their overall record is 8-17 and their league record is 1-7.

Girls basketball defeated Temple City but lost to South Pasadena. Their overall record is 12-12 and their league is 3-5 and they are now eligible for a CIF playoff birth.

Boys Soccer defeated South Pasadena, but lost to Temple City. Their overall record is 6-12-1 and their league is 2-5-1.

The girls soccer team defeated Temple City, but lost to South Pasadena. Their overall record is 10-4-2, their league is 5-2-1 and looks like they will be qualifying for the playoffs.

Wrestling team lost to Monrovia. Their overall league record is 0-5.

Girls water polo defeated South Pasadena, but lost to Temple City. Their overall record is 11-14, the league record is 3-4 and appears to have clinched third place for a CIF playoff birth.

JV Tennis tryouts continue on Wed and Thurs, Feb 6th and 7th, from 2-4 PM at the tennis courts for all freshmen and students new to the program. If you are in a winter sport, you may tryout starting Monday, Feb 11th, from 2-4 PM .
