Deconstruction and it's place in the GREEN Movement and Sustainable Building

Deconstruction is the event that takes place when a building is torn down piece by piece and not demolished.

Makes sense. You can save windows, doors sinks counters and more.

Just today on HGTV I saw a segment where a GREEN bathroom had recycled BLACKBOARDS from a school as flooring. Fantastic looking. Much like the look of slate.

If you saw a home or commercial building, what would you reuse and how? Love to know!
