Every week, we complete a market study that is focused on the current activity and trends of the real estate markets that we serve. This includes charts and graphs of recent home sales and their price ranges, paying special attention to how long homes take on average to sell, what the average amount of negotiation is commonly called their "List-To-Sales Price Ratio". Additionally, we track how many homes are for sale in each price range and compare that number with how many homes have sold. In short, this helps us determine what our monthly absorbtion rate is. By knowing these statistics, we can forecast what price ranges will be hot and which ones are slowing down. This information is equally important regardless if you are buying or selling a home. This is due to the fact that this information will determine if you are in a buyers market, sellers market, or a balanced market. Jeff is a graduate of Miami University (B.S. 1982 M.S. 1984) and the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business Executive Management School. Jeff, his wife, Bobbi, and daughter, Emily reside in Millersport on beautiful Buckeye Lake. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Ohio, member of the Columbus Board of Realtors (CBR), CBR Builder/Realtor Alliance Committee, CBR Governmental Affairs Committee, Licking County Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, and Council of Residential Specialists. Jeff and his wife are avid, passionate art collectors. He is actively involved in the Arts throughout Central Ohio as well as numerous civic organizations in the communities that he works in and serves, including the Kiwanis, Red Cross, United Way, the Newark-Granville Symphony Orchestra Board of Directors, the American Cancer Society, Granville Area Chamber of Commerce, and Buckeye Lake Chamber of Commerce. What a Star! We were given the opportunity of a lifetime in May 2007 to undertake a two-year international assignment from England to America.
