This golf course neighborhood has about 400 families living in it. The thing that makes this so unique is that no one is from Arkansas. The majority of these home owners have relocated in with their companies to call on, support or work directly with Walmart.
What this means is no one has a traditional support staff so it's easy to make friends and become each other support staff. The club house is designed for families, very informal and friendly.
At any given time there is approx 50 homes for sale. Some people feel that would be alot but historically it is very low. Resale value are flat.
Buying a home in Shadow Valley can be complicated but with a good agent makes it is easier.
