REO AGENTS THAT SUCK!

"

I was looking in the MLS and noticed this comment in the agent comment section of a listing: "Anyone can open an escrow but only professionals close them". Well, I look up at the picture area and notice that there is not a single photo, not ONE! So , I think its very ironic that he is talking about professionalism and can not even put up a single photo. So I leave him this message, "Anyone can NOT put a photo in the MLS, professionals DO!" In blue is his response and then again my response. He is a REO agent and I could not help to give him an earful and actually to all the REO agents out there that are guilty of being horrible lazy agents or just too busy!

Thank you for bringing the lack of photos to my attention. They are now posted and available for you viewing pleasure.

I apparently struck a nerve with my agent remarks and I sincerely hope that you are not one of the seemingly multitude of agents that don’t seem to understand how to complete an escrow that I am referring to with that remark.

At any rate, there are currently 10 offers that have been submitted on this property, several are cash. Please keep in mind that this one will not qualify for low down or FHA financing. The only FHA that the seller will consider would be an FHA rehab loan.

Thank you.

Well, I have closed approx. 700 transactions in the last 11 years so I don't think this is the case for me. ID:PORZEJAC. I just thought it was ironic that someone would be talking about professionalism and could not take the time to put a picture up. Shame on the banks for giving too many REO listings to one agent! It seems they don't have the time to put pictures up, return phone calls or even take a live phone call. I do have a problem right now with REO agents who are getting paid good money and can not do any of those things. I just called on a REO and they hooked me up to a call center in India, with 1 agent handling over 100 listings and the call center answering questions about a property here in the USA. Our industry is eliminating listing agents themselves by being lazy and with REO agents who don't do the above. The way some REO agents are acting about answering phone calls I'd at least take the India call center over them. Jacki O.

Troy High School in Fullerton, Qualification Test Dates are coming up

Troy High School in Fullerton, ranked #30 as the 100 Best Schools by Newsweek in 2004, is having qualification test dates for 8th grade students in all districts on January 26 or February 2, 2008 at 7:15 a.m. This is for all students outside the Fullerton Schoold District, who are not yet students and who want to be entered into Troy High.

As of know, if you are in the Fullerton School District, you can go to any Fullerton school you wish, but you must put a transfer in during the transfer time periods if you wish to go to a Fullerton school not in your direct boundaries.

As Troy Tech, being one of the oldest and most distinguished magnet program in math, science, and technology, grows in popularity, the school has made it necessary to have this testing in place for kids not in the Fullerton School District to apply.

There is an information night on January 31, 2007 at 7pm in the Tory High School North Gym
