About Us:

From the Amboys to the Brunswicks I do about 40% residentail business with the balance being mostly commercial and some land. My background in banking and serving on my local planning board give me the knowledge I need to get the deals done. Real estate is a slow sale. Nothing we can write binds a deal more than a seller who wants to sell and a buyer who wants to buy. I believe it's all about relationships. Relatioships with the towns, the banks, the attornies. Relationships between the buyers and sellers often keep a deal on track through a rocky ride. Some agents keep their buyers and sellers apart at all costs. I take the opposite approach and look for a sit down anytime we get close to a deal. When the going gets tough I remind people that there is no dead file in my office. Stick with me and we'll get it done!

Areas of Expertise

While I have a strong background in finance and land use I feel my true area of expertise is negotiating. I tell friends I get all my recreation at work. When I get a buyer on the line I'm fishing. When I'm trying to get the best price for a buyer, that's my chess match. The right property at the right price does not just happen.
