In our day to day life these days it is more and more difficult to experience personalized service that is genuine and personable! My experience with service providers, retail stores, and other places of business often times leaves me with the feeling that I am interrupting their day.
It may be that I am out of touch with the elements of personal service and communication but I like to communicate with a positive energy when I am conducting business of any type. It is also important that information is conveyed in a clear, concise manner. Meeting commitments and timely response are also important. Our clients have time lines to comply with when making a real estate purchase and information must be provided to the parties involved in a timely manner so as not to cost people time and/or money. Because of this when I find a business that I know is responsive and responsible in how it does business I like to share the information and hope that others will consider them as a source of business as well. Our business grows through referrals from creating "raving fans" who tell others about us. These fans are a valuable part of our business. Even the best fans tell fewer people about their positve experiences than an dissatissfied customer. The ratio is about 10-1!
