About My Company

My company is involved with almost all facets of Real Estate. We have a very professional and well trained team that deals with everything from selling individual units/properties to large master plan developments. I like to work with motivated investors who know the market and don't waste time. I like to get straight to the point, because when you are dealing with real estate, time is money. I do business with the philosophy of being "Brutally Honest" whether it's good or bad. When it comes to investing money in real estate, there is no other way to do business, but to be completely open and honest about all of the facts. Its not about making money in real estate, its about the relationships that you build and maintain that will decide your overall success.

I have a degree in business management and finance, specifically in financial analysis and investments. I also received my real estate license a few years ago as I truly believed that I would have a much stronger background and future in this market if my foundation included the legal aspects and experience gained through handling transactions on a consistent basis, not just on my own deals. When it comes to investing money, I have a very good understanding of all possible investment opportunities and I am constantly looking for the best return for my money and my investors money with the least amount of risk as possible. I truly believe that real estate in the best wealth creation vehicle available and that is why I still invest 95% of my money into the real estate market, especially in this buyers market.

My goal is to build a network with like minded investors all across the world, and to open new doors and opportunities. I know that in my local market (the U.S.) I have some of the best real estate investment opportunities available, but I also recognize a growing trend in off shore real estate investments. I still own and operate two real estate brokerages, and multiple lead generation companies all within the real estate industry, but my focus is with my investment company. I realized a long time ago, if you are going to be successful in real estate, you have to be able to adapt to the market and you have to be willing to branch into all facets of real estate if you are going to endure over the long haul. Along with our real estate brokerage growing into new target markets, our investment company is working with real estate developers and new development opportunities in a number of southeastern markets at present. Lastly, a very large portion of our business and leads comes through the foreclosure market. We have professional short sale & loss mitigation specialists that do nothing more than handle our foreclosure leads. We allow our clients to get access to these professional short sale & loss mitigation representatives at the best rates in the market ($10/transaction to be precise) and this allows us to network with more Investors and Realtors across the country. Our philosophy is simple, help the homeowner by educating them about their options when facing foreclosure & negotiate a deal, when applicable, for our Realtors and Investors to ensure that the subject property will sell. Banks do not want these properties on their books & homeowners do not want a foreclosure on their record...and with the growing foreclosure industry, short sales & loss mitigations are in high demand.

My Real Estate Experience & Philosophy

Real estate is by far the best investment you can make, hands down. Yes, the stock market has many great investments to offer, but everyone knows somebody that has made a profit from real estate, but few people know somebody has done the same in the stock market. In another life, I would have been a stockbroker and I could have made millions going "Long & Short" on stocks...but I learned very early on, that real estate investing is a lot more fun, and more profitable!

There is one thing I know, and that is the fact that I know nothing...so the old adage goes. But, I pride myself on the fact that I spent years studying investment strategies, analyzing financial statements, understanding the stock market, learning about venture capitalists and private investors, and started my career in real estate focused on one thing, gaining wealth and financial independence through real estate investing.

When you look at the foundation and pure principles of real estate investing, it is actually pretty simple. Overall, the real estate market is much easier to make money in than the stock market. If you are investing in the stock market (unless you have a masters in finance or recently passed your series 7) let a professional broker handle your money. If you are new to the real estate industry, with proper training and discipline, you could become an avid investor within a few months. Simply put, investing in real estate is a no-brainer; every single person should at least purchase his or her own home & one investment property. Historical trends in real estate data, in reference to appreciation, have always shown an increase over the long term, and as long as our population continues to grow, There will ALWAYS be a demand for housing.

I flipped over 20 homes in my first year in Real Estate in Pensacola Florida. If I could give one piece of advice to anyone, it would include "Education" and by that I mean "Educate Yourself Every Single Day!" The world changes, hence the market changes...Don't ever become complacent as a Real Estate Investor or Realtor. In order for you to become an expert in this market, you have to continually educate yourself and get involved with every facet of real estate that is available. I cannot tell you how many times I have a veteran agent telling me something that is no longer true in our market place...and they refuse to take advice, when its free! If someone wants to share his or her experience and knowledge with you, TAKE IT! They may not be 100% correct, but at least keep an open mind to it, as you never know what doors that advice might lead you to.

Last but not least, I enjoy real estate mostly because of the relationships. Life is too short to work in an industry that you don't enjoy, and to be working with people that you do not like...I try to surround myself with professionals that are fun & easy to work with. There is no reason to put a chip on your shoulder in this business. The most successful people in any industry are those that know how to network, build and retain relationships. If you are going to be doing anything in life, you might as well enjoy it.
