Jim Cottam worked with us for nearly 3 years to find a very specific property for a small non-profit school. It was quite a challenge to find real estate that would fit our particular needs of location, acerage, and price. Throughout the process, Jim was patient and thorough, keeping us constantly updated on available lots and buidings. In addition, Jim researched the feasibility of each lot with city and county offices. He set up and attended meetings with myself and planning officials. Even when we thought we wouldn't find the right lot, Jim was persistent and encouraging. He went above and beyond his role of a realtor. We are excited to have aquired the property to suit our needs, and we truly enjoyed the process of working with Jim.
