Come on 2009 we're ready to get back to work.
We are seeing renewed activity in the market. More phone calls are coming in and more interest in the posted listings and additional listings are coming on line.
In spite of the gloom and doom on the media, the market is starting to turn. Just closed on one deal sold another, and 2 new listings in 1 week.
Activity is ramping up weekly and there are pendings all over the place.
I am looking at a better 2009 than 2008 so far.... Says a lot. Weathered the worst and things are looking up for me and most of my peers in our office.
Lets GO !!!!!

In spite of the Gloom & Doom on CNN<ABC<NBC<CBS<FOX.etc 2008 was a surprisingly good year with more sales and listings in the year than in 2007.
I received Associate Broker status and had a better year than the previous .. again. Things are still looking up for 2009 and I can't wait to see how the year unfolds.
It will certainly be challenging but who said anything worth having is easy to obtain.
Many of the other agents that I have the privaledge to work with in my office have the same outlook and we are all positive about the future.
Come on 2009 we're ready to get back to work.
