Due to the varying school district lines within the city, several of these neighborhoods do offer Exemplary Coppell schools while a few other offer Carrollton-Farmers Branch schools and others offer Lewisville schools.
The Meadowridge complex offers some of the least expensive condo options available in Coppell. Prices range form the mid $70,000's and range upwards to a high around $120,000's. This complex does offer its own swimming pool but does not offer garages. You have assigned parking spaces in this complex but you do have access to Coppell schools and the complex is conveniently located near schools, churches, and many shopping areas.
The Windance condo complex in West Coppell is another nice complex within the Coppell school district. Price ranges range from the $ 90,000's to the $120.000's This complex does not offer garages but does have assigned parking spaces for its residents.
The Old Coppell Town home development is a relatively new complex of town homes in West Coppell in the "Old Town" development area. These town homes offer the latest in amenities with garages and access to the exemplary Coppell school district. The complex also offers a great outdoor pavillion with its own pool. Prices range from the low $200,000's up to $300,000.
The Riverchase Town home development in East Coppell is located in East Coppell near the Riverchase golf course area. These are newer town homes with garages that range in price from the $160,000's upward. These are very conveniently located right off MacArthur. They come with garages and many of the new amenities that buyers are looking for. This development is actually located in the Carrollton-Farmers Branch I.S.D. and is well located within walking distance to the nearby Riverchase Elementary School and only a few miles away from Barbara Bush Middle School and Ranchview High School.
The Town homes of Coppell development is also located within the Carrollton-Farmers Branch I.S.D and is located right next to the Riverchase Elementary School. This is also a fairly new development ot Town homes and offers a lot of the newer amenities that buyers are looking for. These units offer garages, and its own swimming pool. Prices for these units range from the low $200,000' to the mid $200,000's.
The Villa's at Lake Vista is one of the premier luxury Condo/town home developments in the area with a price range from the low to mid $300,000's. This complex has all the amenities you could ask for and is conveniently located near the 121 Bypass. This complex is actually served by the Lewisville School District.
There is one duplex development in Coppell. It's the Sherwood Park development and it offers a large number of duplex's that can range from $100,000 upwards. It's a small neighborhood of duplex's that offer one car garages and small low maintenance yards. It is conveniently located in the middle of Coppell. They do offer access to the Coppell School District as well.
If you can't locate what you are looking for in Coppell, there are numerous options for condo's and town homes located nearby in the areas of Valley Ranch (some with Coppell schools) and Lewisville (some with Coppell schools as well).
