James Moncrief

Introduction:

My name is James B. Moncrief and I am a second-generation Realtor. My parents, Ruth and Bill Moncrief, owned and operated the Moncrief Real Estate Agency in Flemington, NJ from 1962 to 1988. In fact, my father was a past-president of the Hunterdon County Multiple Listing Service.

I am a graduate of The College of New Jersey with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering. After working as an engineer for 14 years, I started my own automotive parts and service business. Later, I sold the retail and service business in order to returne to my Real Estate roots. I am married 26 years, a non-smoker, a cancer survivor and regional competitor with the SCCA. My experience in residential real estate and as a commercial landlord provides me with some unique skills. This background, coupled with my strong technical ability, gives me the tools needed to make buying or selling your home a positive experience.

History:

As a lifelong resident of Hunterdon County and a full-time Realtor, I can offer specific insights into the local history, school systems and municipalities. I take my career very seriously. I chose to work for Prudential New Jersey Properties because of their strong position in high technology Internet marketing and exceptional customer service.
