This transportation project is the second phase of the Dixie Farm Rd. project, and expands Dixie Farm Rd. from SH 35 to 1500 ft. south of FM 518 to a concrete four lane median divided roadway. The project also includes widening of Marys Creek Bypass and Cowarts Creek bridges south of FM 518, improved signals at SH 35 and new signals at Oakbrook Blvd and Westfield Rd., drainage, sidewalks and landscaping.

CLEAR CREEK PARK PEARLAND HOMES FOR SALE AND MARKET ACTIVITY
CLEAR CREEK PARK
Clear Creek Park is located off of the Pearland Parkway just behind Lowe's. The homes were built in the early 2000s. The latest comparable sales shows that the market value per/sqft has held very well. Currenty in the low to mid $80/sqft. At the moment I am currently representing a client buying a home in Clear Creek Park. The home is on the last street in the back and faces the wildlife refuge and retention pond (yea no houses across the street). If you want easy access to Beltway 8 from the Pearland Parkway, ask your Realtor to show you Clear Creek Park.
