Fall Creek Master Planned Community

Today I am making a post on Fall Creek because of the nice emails that I recieved, from a couple of out of town buyers, following my Eagle Springs post with video and a Google interactive map search plotted with homes for sale. Fall Creek is a master planned community that can be found off the Beltway 8 East. I would say that it has the shortest commute times to downtown during rush hour of any master planned community in the Houston metro area. I strongly suggest that you check it out when you get a chance. Below you will find video and a Google interactive map search plotted with all the current MLS listings in this development.

Eagle Springs A Houston Community

I have been working hard putting together video of different areas of the Northeast quadrant of the Houston metro area and thought that those who happen to be researching the area might find them useful. So, I decided to start by posting the videos I have created for the master planned community Eagle Springs. I made three different videos with the first being a street level tour of the Eagle Springs subdivisions. The second video is of the athletic fields and walking trails and the third video covers the club house and swim complex. I took these videos with my new flip mino which does not have a built in stabilizer and I am not going to win any awards for most talented camera man so they are a little shaky. But, bear with me because they are the first of the videos that I shot. In addition to the video I thought it would be great to frame in my brokers new IDX blog modules. I think they are fantastic and am quite curious as to what others think of them and their usefulness. So, please do not hold back with your comments as they are always welcome.
