HIGHLIGHTING PRESTIGIOUS PEBBLE CREEK COMMUNITY IN COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS

Today, I am highlighting the Prestigious Pebble Creek Community in College Station, Texas. The Pebble Creek Community is a master planned development located in the rolling terrain of the south east corner of College Station. Pebble Creek offers a privately owned Country Club with an 18 hole golf course, hike and bike trails, parks and a neighborhood public elementary school. It is close to major transportation arteries, a brand new HEB (Texas owned) grocery store, banks, quaint restaurants, local shopping, and three hospitals.

PARKS

There is a 10 acre park that sits adjacent to the Pebble Creek Elementary School. It offers playgrounds, basketball courts, soccer and baseball fields. It has ¼ and ½ mile jogging trails. A wonderful place to jog, walk, picnic, read, relax and gather with your friends.

MEDICAL

The subdivision is also convenient to three major hospitals and two minor emergency clinics. Scott and White Hospital is scheduled to open their hospital in 2012 and The Medical Center and St Joseph’s hospitals are in close proximity.

Pebble Creek Country Club is the first and only country club in College Station. It opened for play in 1992 and twice voted “Best in Golf Courses of the Brazos Valley”. The Clubhouse officially opened its doors in the spring of 1995. Architect Ken Dye designed the challenging 18 hole golf course. The course meets the needs of the novice golfer at 4991 yards and its professional golfer at 7000 yards. The country club offers a wide variety of memberships from full to corporate to alumni.

A Pebble Creek home appeals to the discriminating homeowner. The Architectural Committee is dedicated to maintaining high standards and character of the homes. The home values range from the low $200’s to a million dollars. One of Pebble Creek’s most exciting building additions is Stone water Village a gated patio home community built by Marriott Homes. The homes are being priced in the $300 to $400 range.

Your head will be spinning by the time you reach the end......if you ever do (just kidding) they have spotters for those of us who get lost in a shopping mall parking lot. The little one's won't be left out as they will have a blast winding through the"Little Twister"! Don't forget your camera.

Directions: From College Station, TX, travel west on Hwy. 60 toward Snook, TX, turn L on FM 2155, go about 3/4 miles turn L on CR 269 go about .10 of a mile the Krazy Kountry Korn Maze and Pumpkin Patch will be on the L, parking is on the R. Follow the signs!
