My favorite plan is one of their new two-story plans called The Ellington measuring in at 1490 sq feet. It boasts 20 foot soaring ceilings at the Family Room, an oversized 16x16 foot master bedroom with 2 Master Walk in Closets, an open study off the stairs on the 2nd level, a secondary bedroom with an in suite Walk in Closet and Bathroom, oversized garage, and huge open kitchen with floating island and lots of cabinet space! All of this magnificent plan for only 164,990. The promotion that they are currently running includes:

The location of this community is probably my favorite thing and another reason why I think it is such a great value. Lakeridge Townhomes is conveniently located off of HWY 121 and Standridge Dr. sandwiched in between a 5 minute drive to I-35 to the west or The Dallas Tollway to the east. Lakeridge residents can also take a quick bike ride or walk less than a mile to Lake Lewisville's popular boat dock and restaurant at Pier 121 Marina and Yacht Club. You can literally see the lake from 2nd and 3rd level views in some of the properties---you are really that close to the lake. And trust me, that has attracted many boat owners and lake enthusiasts to purchase at Lakeridge Townhomes. Also, you are less than 5 minutes from the entertainment, dining, shopping and excitement of Frisco. Lakeridge Townhomes also houses many pilots, flight attendants and DFW Airport Employees as the community is very conveniently located only 20 minutes from DFW Airport.
