Watch it at these great locations in Frisco, TX!
Do you have plans to watch the game? If not, there are several great locations in Frisco to watch the #1 Ranked Oklahoma Sooners take on the #5 Texas Longhorns. Even if you’re not a OU or TX fan, this is a great weekend to get out enjoy the red river rivalry that has been a staple in Dallas for last 50+years. The game kicks off at 11AM CST on ABC next Saturday, October 11, 2008. The early time was set b/c ABC wanted to televise the game for the national audience. If you don’t have plans next Saturday, I recommend that you get out and grab a table at one of the great sports bars in Frisco and watch the Sooners take on the Horns. If you’re a Sooner fan don’t worry. There are many Sooner transplants here in North Dallas. The crowd could be a little full of orange, but The Sooner Nation will be represented in some form or fashion.

Dallas/Fort Worth as a whole welcomes 92,600 brand new North Texans every year, which breaks down to 253 people every day relocating and calling DFW their new home. Did you know that Texas is now the #2 retirement location behind the ever popular Florida. If DFW houses a large majority of retirees, then that means that DFW will also be the host city for multiple elderly focused businesses and healthcare centers to accommodate this new market that will demand it. With those new companies starting or relocating here for follow their consumer, job growth is instantly enacted both locally with construction, real estate location, marketing, and soon to be locally with the relocation of top executives and employees which means our real estate market flourishes, our airline companies increase revenues in getting our new transplants back home to see extended family a few times a year, and DFW gains more marketability as a Relocation market leader.
Let me give you a few factors as to why Dallas is the most well-rounded city around

• High revenue business bringing lots of taxes to our cities and lots of jobs for our economy including American Airlines, Southwest Airlines, Mary Kay, Raytheon, Large private hospital infrastructure, EDS, AT&T, Cadbury/Schweppes, and many more are relocating here every day!

Tucked away off of Teel Parkway between Lebanon and Main Street in Frisco, you will find yourself appreciating the quaintness of Village Lakes. An all rear-entry newly developed neighborhood that offers attractive street viejws, deep front yard setbacks, superior roof pitches, beautifully defined eyebrow arch-topped window designs. Meritage Homes is one of two featured builders in this community and has several pre-construction properties underway; indicating high sales and lots of buyer interest. This community illuminates nature with a lake, aged trees lining the south-side, an amenity center with large pool (to be completed in the near future), and whispy landscaping. The City of Frisco will be building a rock water feature at the entrance to accentuate the natural landscaping of Village Lakes. You’ll find it to feel close to city life, yet far enough from traffic and Friday's leftover workload.
Meritage Homes in the Village Lakes are priced from $295k-350k and there seem to be ten floorplan options. Even in this relatively low average West Frisco price range for new construction, you would be amazed at the high impact floorplan you’ll can get for your money! One thing Meritage Homes does best is being able to capture the ingenuity and necessity of the style and design in their oh so desirable floorplans. Their model, The Westridge, illuminates 4,000 sq feet of a Frisco buyer's demands by offering oversized master bedrooms, oversized secondary bedrooms, media rooms, cascading open to below spaces, oversized kitchens with openness into the family room and all wrapped inside beautiful sweeping elevations. Be sure to check out Meritage Homes directly by clicking here or see other neighborhoods and ALL new construction in Frisco by clicking our website.
TIP: Village Lakes in Frisco, TX is in the beginning stages of construction. There are going to be three phases totaling 288 lots. Phase 2 is about to start here soon! If you see yourself staying in this community for the next 4-5 years, this will be a great Frisco Real Estate Investment. If you don't however, keep in mind that you will always have your hardest sale against the builder's new construction. And if they are still your competition when you resell, you could add months onto your DOM and thousands off your profit margin.
