I am a CSSN (certified short sale negotiator). I have lived in the East Valley for over 17 years. I work extensively and primarily in the cities of Queen Creek, Florence, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Gold Canyon and Tempe. The East Valley has seen its ups and downs and is on its way back up! It is so exciting to see the market thriving once again and I am glad to be a part of it! I take my clients on as if they are a part of my family. "We recently joined the Canadian Snowbird flock and purchased a winter nest retreat in the Phoenix area and are looking forward to being able to stretch our fledgling wings and migrate south on a regular basis. This migration would not have been possible without the assistance and guidance of our host, Jami Asanovich. Yes, Jami was our HOST not our realtor as she treated us more like family or friend than client. When we first arrived at Skyview International Airport; after several hours of delay due to mechanical problems, Jami was there to greet us and provide us transportation to our accommodations. Despite what was surely a long day for her, Jami took the time that evening to get to know us and what we were looking for. Over the next two days we looked at several properties none of which appealed to us but we shared several laughs and thoroughly enjoyed Jami and Adrea France’s company.
