A few words from Classic Swing
The Classic Swing Golf School teaches golf on an individual basis. Personal attention, quality instruction, and a time honored curriculum are things that have made our school a success. We do not rebuild or tear down swings but reprogram through proper information. We believe in evaluating every student’s body type, personality, skill level, and golf goals. We use state-of-the-art technology, such as high speed video analysis, and the latest teaching aids, but we use them in relation to what has worked for hundreds of years. Our communication skills, sound proven techniques and our knowledge of the golf swing have allowed us to lower the handicaps of weekend players, fine tune the skills of advanced players, or give beginners the sound fundamentals necessary for a lifetime of more enjoyable golf.

Our entire staff is dedicated to helping each student achieve his/her golf goals while exceeding their expectations. Juinor Golf
The entire staff at the Classic Swing Golf School is very proud of our junior golf program. The goal of the junior golf program is to ensure that each junior receives instruction on all aspects of the game including their swing, rules, golf etiquette, and sportsmanship in an attempt to teach them a game that can be enjoyable for a lifetime. Whether a junior golfer is picking up a club for the first time, sharpening their skills for a junior tournament, preparing for high school golf, or striving for a college scholarship, the Classic Swing Golf School has a program to fit him/her.
We provide various opportunities, from junior camps to the three day schools to individual lessons, for the junior golfers to access the finest in golf instruction. We have many junior golfers that attend our three day school throughout the year. This has proven to be a wonderful way for families to enjoy a golf school vacation together. Our summer junior golf camps are operating for a 21st consecutive year for ages 5-17, and the schedule for the upcoming summer is listed below. We also offer individual lessons to students of all ages during all seasons.
The Facility
The state-of-the-art practice facilities at Legends Resort are the finest on the east coast. The staff of the Classic Swing Golf School understands that creating the best possible learning environment is an important part of the golf school experience, and we pride ourselves on providing a first class atmosphere for our students. Along with the wisdom of the staff, our private teaching area at Legends is just another item that sets us apart from any other golf school.
The Legends Resort is home to the "Best Practice Facility in Myrtle Beach" as voted on by the readers of Myrtle Beach Golf Magazine. This award winning facility is host to a thirty acre driving range with more than twenty target areas and is the largest on the east coast. The short game facilities include multiple chipping areas, pitching areas, greenside bunkers, and a five acre putting green. Legends features covered hitting areas for those days when Mother Nature takes over, and the entire facility is lighted until 11:00 p.m. daily.
