Granite Bay California is located in south Placer County and borders the west side of Folsom Lake.

It includes many different neighborhoods ranging from rural farm and equestrian property to luxury gated communities. Rated consistently among the top 100 places to live in the United states by Money Magazine, this area has much to offer in the way of lifestyle and recreation. It is only 30 minutes from downtown Sacramento (the state capitol of California) and is within a 1 hour drive to skiing in the Sierra's and North Lake Tahoe.
