Stockton CA is still predicted to top the worst decline next year. I was driving through a few weeks ago for a holiday party and I saw a brand new five bedroom for $15... Okay just kidding but it is pretty ridiculous. If you are a buyer and you are waiting for the bottom... Be careful because you just might miss it.
