I'm Jay Cash Tennessee Benefit Auctioneer Specialists, At my company Walker Benefit Auctions we conduct auctions all over the country and in Canada. I have been a part of some very impressive benefit auctions most raising over $100,000 in one night. Since being established as a leader in the benefit auction industry, I wanted to share tips on how to improve your philanthropic/ charitable event and how hiring a auctioneer can be the most beneficial choice of all.

  • A good auctioneer will never cost you money; they will make you money!
  • An auctioneer can ask for donations without embarrassing your organization
  • Auctioneers understand how to raise bids in large and small bidding increments; they are able to set a pace without going to fast and loosing your audience or to slow putting your audience to sleep.
  • with a professional auctioneer you wont be leaving money on the table. We can give you an accurate account of how much time you need to have available and what type items sell best.

  • At walker benefit auctions, we will help you in the planning stages of your event, we will coach you on marketing and advertising to get the most out of your fundraiser
  • Providing a Dynamic Auctioneer! It just makes good financial sense to hire a professional fundraising auctioneer to conduct your live auction. It must be a frightening experience for an auction chairperson to work and plan for a year, gather great gifts as well as influential people to attend and then turn the evening over to someone who is not qualified to conduct the auction. I have the experience and knowledge to conduct your auction in a professional yet fun manner that causes the bidding to reach its maximum level. This not only assures you the greatest profit but it also provides you and your guests the atmosphere that is best suited to your well-planned event.

I'm Jay Cash, Nashville Tennessee Benefit Auctioneer Specialist- I Travel the state of Tennesse conducting benefit auctions as well as almost anywhere in the country from California to North Dakota- You name it!

One of the newest trends in Benefit Auctions is having an online auction prior to the live auction or fundraising event. Our company now has the capability of listing a catalog of hundreds of items online for your donors to bid on prior to coming to the auction.

The online auction promotes your event, and creates excitement as well!

Having an online fundraising auctions allows more people to bid, especially those who might not be able to attend in person or afford the cost of admission to the gala or event. Either way the bottom dollar is raising the most money for your foundation and charity.

Right now, my company Walker Benefit Auctions has an online auction for the Evangelical Christian School in Memphis Tennessee. Over 300 items are listed for sale, the online auction ends March 25th and the school has already raised thousands of dollars. The live auction event night is March 27th.

I can give you ideas for fun eventful nights, ideas for proven high dollar donated items and how to ask for them! Just like this brilliant idea ECS in Memphis decided to go along with-

Real Estate Auctions are the fastest growing segment in the auction industry. In 2008 my company Bob Parks Auctions conducted nearly 400 auctions in 23 counties! People all across the country are using the auction method as their first choice to sell property. To view some of the upcoming auctions in Middle Tennessee visit: http://bobparksauction.com/Upcoming/um_Frameset.html

Most of our auctions in middle tennessee are conducted with a reserve, you don't have to sell your propery regardless of price. You are in full control of the entire process. In most cases the only expense to you as the seller is advertising costs. Advertising cost vary depending on the property- it all depends on the type property and its location.

Choosing to sell your property using the auction method is a wise choice, there is no limit as to high how your property can sell for. Sellers know they are getting market value everytime, they know they are getting the most out of their property and know they are not leaving money on the table, unlike when you set a price for your property by listing it on the MLS- chances are your going to always get less than list price.

Typically When you first call me about your property, we will set a time to come look at what you have and go over the various options in regards to having an auction. If an auction is right for you, we then pick a date and time, set the terms and conditions and discuss how we will market your property. We can have most properties ready to auction within three to four weeks.

Make no mistake about it, A lot of work and energy goes into producing a successful auction.

Expierence matters, Expect the Best! Auctions are our passion, we strive to have great relationships with all our buyers and sellers. With access to state-of-the-art auction equipment including 5 auction trucks, 4 clerk & cashier trailers.
