Bio Summary: With Jay & Francy Thompson, you get two dedicated full-time real estate agents. We work hard for buyers, sellers and investors. Francy is an Arizona native and knows the area better than anyone. Jay is a former HR manager at a large semiconductor manufacturing facility and has extensive formal training in negotiating.
