Welcome to this edition of The Monday Morning Message.....This week we have the opportunity to keep doing all the great things we have been doing and dump a few bad habits. Pick two habits that you are not happy with and stop doing them. Yes, cold turkey - just stop doing them this week. Maybe it is eating late at night. Stop doing it. Maybe it is going to bed late or sleeping in. Stop doing it. Whatever it is identify it this week and stop doing it. We do not need to stop every bad habit at once. We need to know what they are and chip away at turning them into good habits. After you stop doing your two bad habits this week, replace them immediately with a good alternative habit. That is the true key to changing bad habits. Let's make this the best week of the year!!!
