When I got to San Diego, I was looking for an Apartment to rent; Jaz helped me find a condo to own, and more importantly, a Home. I was unimpressed by the unhelpfunessl the other real estate agents took in my situation as a member of the US Military, and a first time home buyer, so when I finally met Jaz I was surprised and happy that she not only was excited to help, but she had great ideas on what to look for when making such an important decision. Jaz helped walk me through the entire process, from finding a loan, to finding the perfect place for me, to negotiating with my best interest at heart. After we found my new home (Jaz got me some amazing deals!), Jaz kept me abreast of what was going on and answered my questions through the entirety of the escrow process. “I found Jaz from her website as I was browsing some listings in the areas I was interested in and was impressed with the professionalism of the site. When I contacted Jaz she responded promptly and made the time to meet me the next afternoon to look at some properties I was interested in from her listing. Jaz did a fantastic job of listening to what I was looking for and guiding me to properties she knew to have lasting value as well as meeting my requirements. When we came to the property I would eventually purchase Jaz was very forthright in her recommendation that I make a move on the property seeing it to be the best I could and would find in the foreseeable future.
