Wow! I can't believe how fast the snow is melting. It's almost as hot out as the Real Estate market for buyers right now. The big St. Patrick's Day parade is this Saturday in Crosslake. It's the biggest event of the year, and we're expecting close to 7,000 people to come and join in on all of the fun. I'll be driving The Real Estate Company/Pederson Team van, so be sure to wave as we come by. I think you'll also hear some pretty great music coming out of the back, so get your dancing boots on!
