Last weekend was the annual St. Patrick's Day parade in Crosslake. Crosslake has been throwing this parade for over 30 years. It has grown to the biggest one day event Crosslake has all year. This year, over 15,000 people were in town watching the parade and having a great time. Not bad for a town that has 1,000 year round residents. My band SKATYRS played in the Crosslake Town Square before the parade started, and except for it being a tad bit chilly, we had a great time and the people that came to hear us had a great time too. If you didn't make it this year, try to be here next year. You will have a great time...I guarantee it!
Wow! I can't believe how fast the snow is melting. It's almost as hot out as the Real Estate market for buyers right now. Real Estate has always been a great investment, but it's been a long time since it's been this good if you want to buy. The big St. Patrick's Day parade is this Saturday in Crosslake. It's the biggest event of the year, and we're expecting close to 7,000 people to come and join in on all of the fun.
