Never stop learning! That's what I believe. You should always strive for new ways to learn. I am happiest when I learn something each day. There is always room for personal growth and there's always something to learn in the real estate business. Whether you read books, take classes at your local real estate board or college, or take some on line classes, there are always ways to advance your knowledge. Learning helps you come up with new ideas for your business and your life. It can help you get organized and motivated. If you're stuck in a rut, do a little research on line, read some good blogs and see what others are doing and using to become successful. I love to read....if I didn't have 4 kids, a husband and a business I'd probably spend my entire day reading and soaking in everything I can learn out in a chair under the sun (if we couldever get the sun to come out here this summer in MA!!). My point is, even with limited learning time, you can always fit in 20 minutes in your day or week to read something new or even a few hours a week to take a course. What do you have to lose? Knowledge is power, it's having the home field advantage! Learn something new today! (Oh yeah, I forgot to mention...If you read and comment on other's blogs, you get points if you're a member for the Rain so start reading!)

Do you enjoy authentic Mexican food and a fun family dining atmosphere? We do and that's exactly what we found at Acapulcos in Framingham, MA. James and I took the 4 kids on a hunt for some good chimichangas and flautas and that's what we enjoyed with the live mariachi band at this nice restaurant. Check them out, they have several locations: http://www.acapulcos.net/
Here's our youngest son enjoying the beat! LOL
