Well is the worst behind us ? .... Quit possibly, after reviewing the cuyrrent active listings in Mission Bay we are currently at 59 actives. During the peak of 2004 to 2005 the active listings were between 39 to 49 actives listed on the MLS and about 10 For Sale Buy Owners. Today i only know of 2 active For sale buy Owners. That puts Mission Bay very close to the active listing range of the peak. A good sign possibly. The governments raising of the FHA limits may prove to be a great boost as well to the prices in Mission Bay.
