Picking an agent to send your referrals to!

After getting 7 online referrals this week, I was wondering how do you search for an agent to send a referral to? Do you use Activerain, Trulia, Realtor.com, or your own franchise's website? Any new ideas would also be appreciated! All the best, Jeremy

HOW BAD ARE THE POLITICS WITHIN YOUR ASSOCIATION

Being newly elected Board of Directors, I am finding out first hand about the politics within my association. It is tough not getting caught on one side or the other. There are politics within the companies, individuals, and the staff. Wanting to be a part but not part of this is a tough, but wanting to stay on a make a change is well worth it. It is amazing the amount of phone calls about which way you'll vote or " If you help me now, I'll remember you later". Either way I believe I am there for the right reason and that's all the other Realtors that elected me there. I would like to hear some others thoughts on how they made it around these politics and the changes they made. Thanks

Appraisers

I have a listing were the appraiser went out did the appraisal, told the buyer that the seller bought the house for less than what it was being sold for, which didn't bother me as much as SAYING the house was a MOLD house. Which it never was. I confronted her about it, and she said the previous listing agent told her that. Asked the previous listing agent, and of course she never siad that. The buyer 2 days later backed out saying there was undisclosed mold. We have pics in the MLS showing no mold anywhere, pre rehab photos showing the same. Is there anything that can be done about something like this, or has anyone encountered this before. Thanks Jeremy
