Well it's Friday again, high school football, and my favoriate teams won. I had the pleasure of having my beautiful two and a half year old grand-daughter this afternoon and what a pleasure she is, just to hang out with, a trip to Wal-mart, she loves to shop, watching the Disney chanell, playing with her dolls and doll house, and every so often she says 'I LOVE YOU'. it will steal your heart away. This makes this life worth living.

Gas... What Gas???

As I was out and about today the price of gas went up several cents per gallon, which was scarey, but the worst thing was to see the long lines of cars and trucks lined up to pump gas, and some of the pumps were already out of gas. I do not remember seeing this kind of thing since the 70's. Hope the storm soon passes and the upstate of South Carolina can get back to more normal.

Well I think maybe things are picking up a little bit. I have had my phone to ring a lot more in the last few days, so I take that as a good sign anyway. If you all are like me you are ready to rock-n-roll. I know also my listings are getting more showings and thats always a good thing. Do you think we may be able to pull this year out after all?

Lead Generation

Lead generation is really simple and easy. So be careful that you do not confuse effort and enjoyment. You need to lead generate daily, when you shop, bank, buy gas, there are no bad leads, they are just not equal. Some think 'I don't have to lead generate, if I do a good job, people will just come to me. Some people will find you, but not enough, and not soon enough.

We at Keller Williams Spartanburg are planing to have our second annual parking lot sale on Saturday, October 5th. All proceeds will go to the Spartanburg Soup Kitchen who feeds 450 to 700 people a hot lunch seven days a week, and other K W cares projects. This past year we adopted a needy family through the soup kitchen. We helped with their Thanksgiving meal, their Christmas for the three children, Easter Baskets, and birthdays. We hope to help women and children at a shelter this year. If anyone has items they would like to give, please bring them by our office, or give me a call and we will pick them up.
