We at Keller Williams Spartanburg plan to take on the Boys Home of Spartanburg as our project of the year. The home serves displaced youth by providing a stable environment opportunities to grow and become responsible citizens through professional counseling and education. There are many needs, and we plan to help in any and all ways we can to support a great cause.

We at Keller Williams Realty of Spartanburg, South Carolina take on a project each year to give back to our community. This year we will be working with a local boys home. We visited them last week and did we ever see a need. They need cleaning, painting, new bedding, and clothes and shoes for the boys. I can't wait to get started with this project.

I enjoy giving back to the community and do so as often as I can. Tomorrow I will deliver Mobile Meals, this is one of my favorite ways to give back. Most of the people are elderly and I may be the only person they will see or speak to in person tomorrow. It is a great feeling to be able to take them a hot meal, and to say hello.

We are fast approaching the start of a new month and I believe we will be begining of our best selling season since last spring. I think things are on the way back up and buyers are ringing our phones and making appointments and making offers. We hope to be ready for them and look forward to another great month.

Lighting can help make the home more attractive and accentuate the positives. Accent lighting is the easiest and most effective enhancement.

Paint, sometimes a fresh coat of paint is only required in a few areas of the house. The front door is a good place for new paint.

Replace the hardware in kitchens and baths.
