Down and Dirty

This afternoon I found a few hours to do one of my favorite things which is to get down and dirty in my yard. With all the rain we have had over the last few days my grass was in need of a cut, had some new weeds peeping their heads out, and some limbs to pick up from the strong winds of yesterday. I am tired but it is a good tired, I have been in one of my favorite places, my yard.

Springtime In The South

Spring arrives the third week of March, and here in the beautiful upstate of South Carolina, it is all around us. Our trees are budding, our spring bulbs are blooming, birds are singing and building their nest', the grass is much greener, and soon we will be in full swing of our garden chores. This is my favorite time of year, being able to get out of doors and do things. I love spring-time.

Ink Is Low

It seems as if I need ink in my fax machine every time I turn around, and it is quiet pricey. The other day when I got the 'low ink' message I decided to shop around for another fax and found I could buy a basic one for a little more than the price of the ink for the old one, and the new one does not require this same kind of ink. It is a shame that the 'new' machine is cheaper than ink for the old one. Go figure....

Two Listing Appointments To Go

As I have said before this week, I have had a GREAT week. One closing, one under contract, and two listing appointments to go. I feel very good about one of the appointments, it is almost ready to go on the market, and the other is real close to being ready. I am so thankful to be a little busy for a change. It feels good.

Rain, Rain, Rain...

Well it looks like another rainy weekend here in the sunny south, or the upstate of South Carolina. We do not mean to complain, but we really do hate to have a 'wash out' on the weekend. I know we are still behind in our rain fall, but do we have to have it all in the same week. We are beginning to feel a little molded.
