Woodridge of Gig Harbor has affordable homes and it's next to New Costco

Woodridge of Gig Harbor Washington is located in a small sub division with about 68 homes just on the edge of the city limits. Each home is located on about a 1/3 acre with Green belts surrounding it. The development has two entrances and its basically a 1/2 mile walking circle with cul-de-sacs all the way around. Woodridge is about 1 mile to the marina and about 1/2 mile to the new Costco and YMCA. It's a great place to live if you like tree's and some privacy. We have a HOA and the yearlty dues are $150.00. This covers minimal landscaping and expenses for street repair. It's nice to be able to park the RV in the driveway without violating the CCR's. Some home owners have lived here since it was created in 1978. They have sure seen things change around here but it's still a private development with a sence of community. Homes usually sell in this neighborhood for 280k-375k. Wellington Ridge of Gig Harbor is a Great Neighborhood!

Wellington Ridge is a really nice community just outside the city limits of Gig Harbor in Washington State. It's just up the street from Peninsula High School and Purdy Elementary which is really nice if you have kids still in school. The development is nicely landscaped and has sidewalks throughout for those evening or early morning walks. The neighborhood still has tree's but not so many that you never see the sun or have to blow the needles off the driveway every day. The owners of these homes keep there lawns in great shape and the homes are all in the 1990's or newer. I have posted more information at www.WellingtonRidgeGigharbor.com such as the plat maps of Division 1 and 2. You can also find the CCR's and HOA By-laws too! Homes in Wellington Ridge are usually priced between 300-500k. That's a great price for the location and size of these homes.

The New Costco, Hospital, and YMCA are close by and so is shopping at Target, Petco, Pier One Imports, Albertsons and Home depot. This is a growing area that has all the great characteristics of a waterfront community. Did you know a saltwater park and beach is within walking distance? The Gig Harbor marina is just minutes from your front door also.
