When Rob had to stay home to take care of his sick child, Cindy spent two days helping us, even though she was not too familiar with this phase of real estate services. The Daley team has proved over and over again that you have a keen eye for real estate and have a patient ear to listen to their client's needs. We met in the Fall of 2003 when I went to Phoenix for a conference. The effort put into the research phase which underpinned the market analysis and selling strategy was not only "on target" but it was 21st century oriented. The use of the Internet, virtual tour technology, web sites for communication and status, etceteras was a far different and more successful approach than the "open house" mindset we had previously experienced without success. As testimony to the effectiveness of the research, the listing price and the selling price for our home were within approximately 1 percent of each other.

More than 60 people responded to our RSVP and were treated to Hawaii BBQ, Hawaiian music and Hula dancers from Hawaiian Expressions. Our guest were greeted with flower lei's as they entered our grass hut and the signature drinks for the evening, consisting of Blue Hawaiian's and Mai Tai's.
Everyone said they had a good time the food was great and it was a lot of fun.

My wife and I just got married in October of this year and are looking to start a family within a year or so. We were residing in Southern California and realized after pricing houses down there we couldn't afford what we wanted where we wanted. After some searching we came up with Arizona for a place to relocate to, but didn't know anyone in the state for advice. We went online and emailed 5 real-estate agents from various companies. Your team was the only one who took our requests seriously. From the first time that Alena responded to our email, she has been professional and informative. We are young first-time homebuyers but never felt treated as such. We gave her our parameters for a home and she emailed us 17 listings for homes that, matched all the way from Surprise to Scottsdale. She was up until midnight emailing them to us making sure we got as many choices as possible. We picked out nine houses that we wanted to walk through and emailed her the choices.
