put everything together. After putting a couple pf coats of paint on the treated lumber we were ready to apply our sign with adhesive to our new sign,

A couple of years ago I had the privilege of working with this couple (his first name means gift from God)as a buyer's agent. After driving around for a tour of all the houses we had cherry picked from the mls, nothing really felt right. We were about to call it a day, as we pulled out of the neighborhood we see a local real estate companies yard sign. " lets check it out" As we walk in the buyers really like what they see it felt so right they loved every thing about it. As a day goes by we schedule a second showing where we write up a offer on the spot, case in point the sellers agents last name is the same as the buyes husbands first name and they live on a somthing street which happens to be the same as the buyers last name. After getting to know the sellers agents husband and wife team Mr and Mrs (Gift from God) and their beautiful children it was like God saying your prayers have been answered and you are welcome I could feel his love. God is so great !
