to choose a dual agent

I would consider asking the listing agent to represent me as a buyers agent if the terms are acceptable to me. You are the customer and the customer should be in control. I am to choose buyer representation I would then put my buyers agent to work by getting me every piece of info I need. Like comparable sales in the last six months. Termite bond. Property inspection. all permits, plat maps, surveys, deeds appraisals. Now the agent is now a dual agent so if I am to hire him as my agent what is this going to cost me or better yet how much is he or she going to contribute towards my purchase of the property since now he does not need to split the pie he gets it all to his-or her self, well me as a buyer I love pie.

What a plan after having our first child in 02 then 2nd in 04 and 3rd in 06. I knew I needed a career change so why not do what you always wanted to do. After working in the roofing industry with many Realtors all my life doing inspections and repairs for many agents around town. I always wanted to be a broker since I was small kid, my dad and his brothers being brokers/developers/builders. We always talked about realty.

So maybe one day the kids will be exploring on the web and see a post their dad wrote. Amber Katelyn, Matthew I love you so much and thank you for motivating me as much to accomplish what I thought I would never do. A parents love for their children is what makes the world go round. Thank you God for our kids and thank You for your Son.

Prices did not ever rise to terribly high over here in NC but I have seen a drop across the market in pricing. It seems like we have been well priced before the drop, now you can buy a home for less than it would cost to build one. How cool is that? With energy fuel , materials you simply can not and will not ever be able to build a home inexpensively. Material,Energy, Labor are so expensive with no sign lowering, picking up these homes that in most cases are built better than currently built, aside from a few energy star upgrades you will have created for yourself a nice little nest egg.

Gold vs Real Estate

We have seen gold just climb and climb faster than google in a short time. What is the hold up real estate is and always has been more valuable than gold. Yes it will come back and yes it will pass the value of gold very soon. It is time to load up on real estate. If you want to invest in your future it would be a great time to buy as much land or rental properties as you can. "Get greedy when every one is scared and get scared when every one is greedy" (Warren Buffet) Go buy a house no excuses. buy a house this month then buy another one next month, buy two a month for the next 12 months.

Next time your ready to play some great golf come by New Salem church first. Yes it is right on the way to Chapel Ridge golf Course. An awesome place to play 18 on a Sunday afternoon. Usually fellowship begins around 10:50 am on Sundays and tee time is up to you. 5030 Old Graham road Probably 1/4 from Chapel Ridge.
