Does anyone have this happening to them. It is impossible to find a way to change the photo. Maybe my photo is already hd, I doubt it. I click on edit beside profile and I see nothing a bout upload photo. just above photo it says update photo for 1080 pts and I click on it and it brins me to my profile page. I guess I need to call ar and speak to techy guy or gal.

With so many homes available it is a great time to buy some homes. Prices are so low you can not even build a home for what most of these homes are selling for, it is amazing. It has everything to do with supply and demand. More supply than demand prices fall. Then you have lenders tightening down on who and what they will lend on. This makes it a good time to become a landlord or have multiple rental properties. Yes this could bring rents up. People do not have a choice they need to live somewhere. So let s get out here and buy up some supply to bring the demand back, demand goes up prices start to go up. Yes this will require some work and that is a shot in the arm for the ecomomy as well.

A couple of years ago I had the privilege of working with this couple (his first name means gift from God)as a buyer's agent. After driving around for a tour of all the houses we had cherry picked from the mls, nothing really felt right. We were about to call it a day, as we pulled out of the neighborhood we see a local real estate companies yard sign. " lets check it out" As we walk in the buyers really like what they see it felt so right they loved every thing about it. As a day goes by we schedule a second showing where we write up a offer on the spot, case in point the sellers agents last name is the same as the buyes husbands first name and they live on a somthing street which happens to be the same as the buyers last name. After getting to know the sellers agents husband and wife team Mr and Mrs (Gift from God) and their beautiful children it was like God saying your prayers have been answered and you are welcome I could feel his love.
