Active Listings


Active detached home listings ended at 555 for August 2011 down from 635 for August 2010. Active Townhouse listings ended at 118 for August 2011 down from 147 in August 2010. Active Apartment listings ended at 476 for August 2011 up from 475 for August 2010.

Detached homes and Townhouses show a decrease while Apartments up by 1 unit.
