The closing with very smoothly from our side of the table which is more than I can say for the seller side of the transaction. Harriet may have her own comments but she was very pleased with the whole process and found it less daunting than she expected. Any change or discrepancy on our end would have given the in house broker room to downplay our decison to obtain outside financing. I am writing to tell you what a great experience I had obtaining my mortgage with Jenna Bush of Quicken Loans. Jenna is such a pleasure to work with, because she is not only very knowledgeable about the mortgage industry, but also honest, dependable, and friendly. Jenna explained the process to me so that I understood the various steps, and comforted me when I experienced angst about purchasing a home in the midst of a divorce.
Jenna went well above the call of duty to help me obtain the very best interest rate available, appealing on my behalf to various superiors and committees to help me get an amazingly low rate, despite missing payment documentation regarding my divorce. Jenna gave me sound advice about timing my request for a home equity line of credit, and helped me close on that safety net shortly after purchasing my home.
Jenna always returns my telephone calls, even when I do not leave a message. Every time my region experiences a hurricane, Jenna is one of the first callers to get through after the storm to make sure we are okay. Jenna has become a good friend. . She even calls me over the weekend if there is an open issue regarding my mortgage or home equity line.
When I have a question about my mortgage statement or escrow bill, I simply call Jenna, and she tells me the answer. I used to be with another mortgage company for my first home, and calling about a statement required me to navigate a very long voice mail maze only to wait on hold for an average of 25 minutes. When I finally got someone on the line, I had to repeat account information I had already entered on the telephone keypad, and explain to someone who did not seem to understand my questions what I wanted. Heaven forbid they should ever misapply a payment. That would require several iterations of calling and requesting them to fix it before I would finally get someone who understood how to do their own job. What a relief to be with Quicken Loans! Jenna always understands my questions, and has been able to fix all my issues quickly. Remember Radar from the TV show, M*A*S*H? That’s Jenna – she knows what you need before you even realize you need it.

I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know what a positive experience I had related to a recent mortgage refinancing through Quicken Loans, due primarily to our assigned Mortgage Banker, Jenna Bush.
From the beginning of our first conversation, Jenna’s positive attitude and willingness to help was extremely evident, even though neither of us was certain if Quicken Loans was going to be able to assist in my specific situation. I was also very impressed with Jenna’s knowledge and willingness to take the time and explain all the details related to the different loan options, as this was my first experience with a mortgage refinance. She was also very helpful in recommending what option would work best for my situation.
Jenna also proved that she is willing to take that extra step in customer service that separates a “good” Mortgage Banker from an “exceptional” one. Working with Jenna was truly a pleasure. when it came to finding a mortage she gave us our options and had the knowledge to give some answers. If she didn't have the answer right away she got back to us as soon as she did. That is probably the most important thing to me, is giving me as much information as I need, answer my questions honestly, and then allow the customer to make an informed decision. That type of honesty and no "sales pushiness" is really what had me stay with Jenna and Quicken versus a number of other places that I was talking to at the same time.
