By Reston Expert, Jennifer V-E Johnson

Bring the family for a day of fun for the Family Day and Opening Ceremony for the Cherry Blossom Festival, marking the 98th celebration, when in 1912 the city of Tokyo gave the gift of the 3,000 cherry trees to the people of Washington, DC.
