‘Twas the night before July 4th, it’s goofy, I know!
When I’m in a good mood, the rhyme seems to flow.
The holiday poem was received with such cheer
So why must I only rhyme one time per year?
As I readied my BBQ & cleaned up my home,
I thought to myself how much I have grown.
I opened a RE/MAX in 2008
And my business is now turning out to be great!
My office is growing, in the fall I had 3,
But on August the 1st, at least 16 we’ll be!
A title company too, we have on our site
So that our closings are always done right!
The market is better now, houses do sell!
Whether or not the media is willing to tell.
My agents are happy and doing just great!
If you’re thinking of joining, please don’t hesitate!
If you are an agent, stop by and say “hi.”
Others are joining, come by and see why!
Our office is fun and now starting to grow.
Once you come in to meet us, you won’t want to go.

For your help with this favor, I am willing to plead.

I love a good story, and I'm hoping you do too! This story is about one of my agents. He joined RE/MAX Complete Solutions at the very end of last year. He hasn't quite been with us six months yet. He has been pretty busy since he's been here, so I took the liberty of pulling his stats, year to date, through the end of May, and comparing them with his stats for 2008. Not quite halfway through the year, he has almost hit his total sales volume for 2008. His next closing will put him ahead of his total sales for all of 2008. When dividing the 2008 numbers by 12 and comparing them to the 2009 divided by 5, his sales volume is more than double what he was doing in 2008. That's an amazing story, isn't it?
What would you attribute the increase too? It could be he is working harder because he is happier at RE/MAX Complete Solutions. It could be that he is more confident being with RE/MAX. It could be that our brand really opens more doors. It could be that he is using the tools, technology, and support offered by RE/MAX Complete Solutions, and it is helping him close more deals. WHATEVER it is, he is one HAPPY man! I am one happy woman too, because he is a great agent and a wonderful person, who deserves nothing but success.

Yesterday, I went to the grocery store on my home from work. I had on my collared shirt that simply had the word "RE/MAX" very small in red and blue on the chest. I was stopped twice with inquiries about the real estate market. In fact, I was asked for my cards. One of the gentleman said he had been working with a Realtor that he presumed had another full-time job because he could only show property at night, which wasn't working for him. His conversation with me showed he immediately assumed I was a full-time professional, which I am, but how would he know this? We weren't in a business setting and I wasn't doing a presentation about my qualifications. He hadn't called from my website or been referred to me. He didn't have any information about me at all. At first inquiry, all he had to go on was the "RE/MAX" on my shirt. I am always looking for a way to explain the power of brand, and this experience is the perfect example. My brand is so recognizable that people actually stopped me at the store because they knew I was in real estate from the logo on my shirt. My brand is so trusted that they asked for both my opinion and my card. My brand opened two new doors for me that might lead to future business. That's the perfect example of the power of brand! It is the quality of the Realtor that matters in the end, but the brand opens more doors, providing more opportunities to demonstrate your quality. RE/MAX is the most recognized and trusted brand in the world. That's just one more reason why I'm with RE/MAX.

I want to thank you for handling the sale of my condo in Boca Raton. It was a relief to me that I only had to sign a few documents and that you took care of the rest.
What surprised me is that you were even present at the condo to direct the shipper as to what I wanted returned to my home in Rhode Island and that what was left behind was given to charity. Nothing was left undone.
The better surprise to me is that you sold the condo within 3 days and at a price which both you and I did not expect.

We still can not believe that you got us over market value and the subsequent agent who helped us located our new home was stunned that you were able to ensure the deal would close by locking the buyers in so tight by contract that they had to pay the $10,000 over the appraised value in cash.
