Welcome to my Rudolphtown blog! Rudolphtown is a great neighborhood where deer and turkey are abundant. It is not unusual to see turkey crossing the road or deer in your backyard.

The neighborhood has different groups that allow neighbors to get to know one another and have fun. We have a Bunko group (pictures below), a book club and a dinner club. We're always open to new ideas that will bring neighbors together.

Rudolphtown has two yard sales per year and the last one for this year will be tomorrow, 9/13/08. Many neighbors participate and there has been a good turn out of buyers.

Since January 08 five houses sold with the average selling price of $311,080, average square footage of 3,736 and average days on the market of 141.

As a native Tennessean, I grew up in Nashville, TN. After graduating from McGavock High School I attended Middle Tennessee State University and earned a degree in Business Administration.

I married my wonderful husband, had two children and moved to several different cities within Tennessee. During that time I worked in customer service, was a stay at home mom and worked in the banking industry. (I know the challenges and joys of a working mom and the challenges and joys of a stay at home mom) My background enabled me to gain valuable skills to effectively serve my client's needs whether they are buyers or sellers.
