About Us:

I was born and raised in Southern Alberta and went to the University of Lethbridge where I obtained my bachelor of management. I have enjoyed living and traveling around the world and have learned to speak fluent Japanese and conversational French. However, in the end there is no place that I would rather be than Lethbridge. While in Japan, I worked for the Alberta Government at their Tokyo Office and I also spent several years with a British Telecom company developing websites and managing their customer service department. As a result, I have gained considerable knowledge with Internet marketing and customer service. These are two things that I feel are essential to Real Estate. As the majority of today's home buyers will at one point use the Internet to aid them in their search, I believe that a deep understanding of Internet marketing is an essential skill for an agent.

Customer service is of the utmost importance to me. I believe that a Realtor should keep in touch with clients and always let them know what is going on (step by step). I respond to my clients' questions and concerns while assisting them through additional areas that they may have overlooked...(as we know for some, buying a home can be overwhelming).

Looking back one of my most exciting experiences in life was buying my first home. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made, and I hope to help others achieve their goals of home ownership as well. I look forward to assisting you with all of your real estate needs.

I work with buyers and sellers in the Lethbridge region. As I love living in Lethbridge, I particularily enjoy working with out of town buyers who are moving to this city. When someone moves to a city and is buying a home, they need to get as much information as they can about the city and that city's Real Estate market. If it is a buyer's market, or a seller's market; what are the most popular areas of town and why; what areas are zoned for particular schools; what is my commute to work going to be like. I believe it is my job to provide clients with as much information as possible so they can make an informed decision about their new home. After 10 years in Japan, I speak Japanese pretty well, and can help your Japanese clients.
