Loan Modifications, Short Sales dont let the home float away!!!

Currently our office is working on Loan Modifications, with much success. We do them with no upfront fees, no fees unless we get something worked out and we only charge if our client gets a payment he approves!!! What a deal, you can bet we are getting referrals.

I have a lot of clients who have a hardship of one thing or another. They are making much less money, their home is worth less than their loan. Thair interest rate just adjusted and they cant afford the payment. Previously, the word on the street is go straight to a Short Sale, but I believe in trying to work for my client if he/she wants to keep their home. Loan Modifications first, short sale second.

If there are other professionals out there doing loan modifications I would love to hear from you on how your putting your paper work together and presenting it to the lender. I feel as Real Estate Professionals we have a duty to perform and protect our client.

Short Sales are becomming more commom knowledge, I had visiters come in to my open home this weekend and they knew about "Distressed Properties".

Currently, the best deals can be found with distressed properties if your willing to wait and work with someone who know how to put it together.

How low can this economy go? We need to stop the downfall, and help clients stay in their home.
