Candy will abound in all different shapes and sizes. It is time to get the broom out of the closet and make the walkway safe for all of the little goblins,witches,ghouls and customs of the evening. Carver those pumpkins!charge those candy Jars! and get out the card table to examine the treats brought home for consumption....

Make a very LOUD noise to your Congressmen and Senators. In a time ,not so long ago ,there were citizens in disbelief that their leader did not care that the Republic was falling apart at the seems,that war was every where,and there was disparity on the home front. They did nothing an Rome is no more. If you love socialism embrace it and leave Our country.Get government out of our pockets,homes and business. The only way up for us as a Nation is Capitalism . If ,you are oppressed in a foreign land and wish to be a citizen of the Republic,raise your right hand and join our military . Fight for the freedom's we Cherish most dear : life,liberty and the pursuit of happiness.The old motto : Duty,Honor,Country..still holds a very bright light!

My question is a simple one . If the mortgage companies can give a buyer a 40-50 year loan. Then , why can't they extend the loans given to all buyers that have lost their jobs due to the economy or by circumstance. The lenders and banks that received our hard earned dollars to save their institutions.Should ,just advise the buyer's they gave the bad loans to that they, the bankers ,have made a mistake by giving them a loan they could never pay back! The bankers should restructure the current loans and give the homeowner a period of 24-36 months interest only loans until they are back on their feet in this crisis. Then the market and the bankers will inherit the trust of our citizens again.
