When the opportunity to move to Raleigh was presented to our family, it was greeted with a lot of apprehension. We decided to grab the opportunity and plunge into a city of which we knew nothing. When we became interested in moving to the Cary area we contacted Keller-Williams and were put in touch with Jim O'Donnell. On our first trip to the area Jim met with us at the office to get to know us and to ascertain what we were interested in. He spent the first visit with us showing us some houses, but more importantly showing us the area and getting us acquainted with the area. Jim is very knowledgeable about the triangle area and took the time to show us what a lovely area it is. Before our subsequent trips Jim would send us many listings of houses that he thought we would be interested in and we would chose, e-mail him back and when we got here he had a schedule worked out. He spent a great amount of time with us on our trips till we decided what we wanted. We decided on new construction and Jim was right on top of the construction. He made many trips to the site to check on the progress and also to take pictures for us. He was also available for all our questions and made sure the walk throughs where scheduled when it was convenient for us. Jim has helped us with many things along the way, from finding the house to getting a construction inspector in before our final walk through. The information he has given us, his personnel attention to details, and his follow-thru with problems and questions made the buying experience pleasant and mostly stress free. We feel we not only had a very good agent, but have also made a friend in the area. We would recommend Jim to family and friends.
