Manchester Ct Short Sale Agent– Just Sold Closed

Just Sold – 19 Ann St Manchester CT Short Sale. It takes an experienced short sale agent to get a deal done these days. We just closed this home last week and have one very happy and relieved seller. He is thrilled that it’s over and he can now move on with his life. People don’t ask for these things to happen sometimes they just happen. This was a difficult short sale to close but we were determined. After getting the home priced right it still took some time to find a buyer and we went to contract. We always try to respond to the banks requests as quickly as possible to increase our chances of getting a yes. Approximately 45 days later we got our short sale approval but not without a few bumps along the way. Well I am glad to say that 19 Ann St a Manchester Ct short sale is closed.
