Just got back from a long weekend in Boston. What a great town. Never saw a town with so much energy. I even went to a few open houses. It was nice to get out of the New Jersey Real Estate Market for a few days. I thought prices were high in the Central Jersey area. Wow, you need to be rich to live in and around Boston. OK so back to work today. The market is still hot around here.

Tax Lien Sale

Wow, money is getting tight. The Tax Lien Sale at Highland Park NJ resulted in many 18% liens. I have not seen that in a long time. I also saw a few properties that got no bids. If you are ever interested in how a tax lien sale works or how to bid please give me a call. Remember , learn more to earn more.
