Ok Buyers, here is the deal! BUY NOW do not procrastinate any further, activity is now picking up and prices are now starting to creep up. Here in Hillsboourogh county Florida our inventory is starting to go down. Picture this, there is a huge storm, that storm brings floods and rivers are overflowing, however days later the sun is out and the waters are starting to recede.

Well the same is happening in our market, inventory is down, prices are creeping up slowly and guess what we are starting to see MULTIPLE bids on properites, just this weekend alone I had 3 offers on one of my properites, our REMAX office had 17 offers on different listing and out of these 17 offeres 10 of them were multiple offers! people are out bidding themselves to get these great deals!!

Do you think it matters what company you work for? or do you think that buyer/seller is buying because of you and your marketting and not the company (by the way NO I am not thinking of leaving REMAX, just taking a small survey). Does a logo really matter ? does the public really care?

My Alergies are not that bad, however my wife has been suffering these last few weeks ( poor thing). As I was watching the news last night a very interesting report came on about Alergies and a possible cure. Now here is my disclaimer, I dont know if this is true, I dont know if it will work, but it sure does make a lot of sense! The answer to this mystery is Drum Roll Please BEE'S Yes I said BEE'S!!! Apparently this works just like a vaccine. Here is what you need to do? first you need to go buy some honey, however not just any honey you need to buy LOCAL honey from a local manuracturer, the key here is that the bee's need to be from your home town, Then take a full teaspoon full of honey in the AM and that is the cure. Simple huh? They interviewed Doctor and many said there was no Scientific evidence to this however they did say it made sense, and they also said they dont explain how Honey calms an infants cough, and helps with other things.

Sales of exisiting homes rose 23% locally as homes prices here in Florida continue to plummet. This is the largest jump since September 2007!! what do you think this could mean? could it be just a fluke, or could be that the market is finally starting to get warm? My humble opinion I think we have finally hit the bottom and buyers are starting to realize that there are bargains out there and if they continue sleeping on these bargains they will miss the boat!!!!

On another note sales rose 23% that means that inventory soon will start going down and demand will start going up. I will continue saying this until I am blue in the face! NOW is the time to buy do not procrstinate or you will "miss the boat" Rates at historic lows, prices at rock bottom, this is the time to to buy.

What a tough winter is was, I think this is the toughest winter I have seen in years. I have been in Tampa for about 15 years now give or take a trip here and there, and this is the coldest its evern been. Normally I am able to use my pool in November and Decemeber, not this time around, our lowest recorded temperture was 24 degrees, Yea I know some of you in other states must be saying "thats not cold", but guess what? that is cold for us Floridians, and it wasn't just one day this went on for the entire winter.

I love the Spring time! people come out of there caves, out of hibernation, you see people you havent seen in months, the shorts come out, wow, its just beautiful.

On a Business side Spring is the spring board to the BUYING SEASON! I am optismistic that buyers will come out to buy this spring. Why not? interest rates are at historic lows, home prices are way down, sellers are motivated, what a great combination right?

For me spring means: spring cleaning, get my marketting going at full steam!!, start planning my summer vacation. What does Spring mean to you?

Everything that was dead or asleep comes alive! what better time is there!
